Step-by-step guides for giving ARC Creative Co access to your marketing tools. Pick your platform below.

You never share a password. For each tool you invite us as a user or partner, or we send you a secure one-time link. You can remove our access anytime.

Giving us access

Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

Adding us as a Partner keeps your accounts yours — remove us anytime.

Before you start: you need to be an admin of your Meta Business Manager. If your Page and Instagram aren’t in a Business Manager yet, reply to your onboarding email and we’ll set it up together (5 minutes).

  1. Go to business.facebook.com and sign in.
  2. Open Settings (gear), then Business Settings.
  3. In the left menu click Users → Partners.
  4. Click Add → “Give a partner access to your assets.”
  5. Enter our Partner Business ID: [we include this in your onboarding email — reply if you need it]
  6. Select your assets and turn on full management for each:
    • Pages (your Facebook Page)
    • Instagram accounts
    • Ad accounts (if we run ads)
    • Datasets / Pixels (if we run ads)
  7. Click Save changes.

We’ll get a notification and confirm. Screen looks different? Send us a screenshot and we’ll point you to it.

Google Ads

We manage your ads through a manager-account link. Your account stays yours; you approve the link and can unlink anytime.

  1. Sign in at ads.google.com.
  2. Find your 10-digit Customer ID at the top right (format 123-456-7890) and send it to us.
  3. We send a link request from our manager account. (You don’t need to type our ID — just approve the request.)
  4. Approve it: click the tools/admin icon → Access and security → Managers.
  5. Find our request and click Accept.

No Google Ads account yet? Reply to your onboarding email — we’ll create one under your business so the account and card stay in your name.

Google Business Profile

Lets us update your info, posts, and photos on Google Search & Maps. You stay the owner; we’re only a manager.

  1. Go to google.com/business and sign in with the account that owns your profile.
  2. Pick the business you want us on (if you manage more than one).
  3. Open the menu → Business Profile settings.
  4. Click People and access (older layout: “Managers”).
  5. Click Add and enter: [email protected]
  6. Set the level to Manager, then Invite.
Google Analytics (GA4)

Lets us see how your website performs so reporting is based on real data.

  1. Go to analytics.google.com and sign in.
  2. Click Admin (gear, bottom left).
  3. Select the correct Account and Property (your website).
  4. Under the Property column click Property access management.
  5. Click the blue + → Add users.
  6. Enter [email protected], role Editor (Viewer also fine).
  7. Leave “Notify by email” checked and click Add.

No GA4 yet? Tell us in your onboarding form — we’ll set it up.

Google Tag Manager

How we install and manage tracking tags without touching your site’s code each time.

  1. Go to tagmanager.google.com and sign in.
  2. Click the Account that holds your website’s container.
  3. Click Admin, then User Management.
  4. Click the blue + → Add users and enter [email protected].
  5. Account Permissions: User. Container Permissions: Publish.
  6. Click Invite.

No Tag Manager yet? We’ll create and install it during your build.

Google Search Console

Shows how your site appears in Google Search — the SEO data behind your reporting.

  1. Go to search.google.com/search-console and sign in.
  2. Select your website in the property dropdown (top left).
  3. Click Settings → Users and permissions.
  4. Click Add user and enter [email protected].
  5. Set Permission to Full and click Add.

Not verified yet? Tell us in your onboarding form — we’ll handle verification.

WordPress website

Lets us update pages, install tracking, and publish content. Adding a user is safer than sharing your password.

  1. Sign in at yoursite.com/wp-admin.
  2. In the left menu hover Users → Add New User.
  3. Email: [email protected]; leave “Send the new user an email” checked.
  4. Role: Administrator (or Editor for content-only).
  5. Click Add New User.

Prefer not to add a user? We can use an Application Password instead — reply and we’ll tell you exactly what to generate.

LinkedIn Page

Lets us post and manage your company’s LinkedIn Page. You stay a Super admin.

  1. Go to your Company Page on LinkedIn.
  2. Click Admin tools → Manage admins.
  3. On the Page admins tab click Add admin.
  4. Search the name we give you and select it. (Accept our connection request first if you can’t find us.)
  5. Choose Content admin (or Super admin) and Save.
Domain / DNS

Only needed for technical setup (connecting your site, verifying your domain, email/tracking records). We never take ownership of your domain.

Tell us where your domain is registered (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, Cloudflare, etc.), then pick one:

  • Add us as a delegate (best) — most registrars have Account Settings → Delegate Access; invite [email protected].
  • Do it together — book a quick screen-share and we’ll tell you exactly which records to add.
  • Point your domain to us (if we host) — we’ll send the exact records to paste.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] or reply to any onboarding email — we’ll help.
