ARC Creative Co. wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. This states plainly what we have done, and what we have not yet verified.
What we build to
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means: every text and background pairing on this site was measured for contrast rather than eyeballed; colour is never the only way information is conveyed; every interactive element has a visible focus outline; the site is navigable by keyboard, including the menus; headings follow a real document outline; images carry alternative text; and the layout works without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px screen.
Specific choices we made
Our brand pink does not meet AA contrast for small text on a light background, so it is used only for large display type, accents and active states, with a deeper shade for links and buttons. Motion is minimal, and what exists honours your reduce motion setting. Our FAQ sections use native disclosure elements, so they work with a keyboard and screen reader without relying on JavaScript.
What we have not verified
We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, and we have not tested with every combination of assistive technology. So we do not claim full conformance — we claim that it was built to the standard and measured where measurement was possible. Those are different statements and we would rather make the honest one.
Third-party content
Our booking pages embed Calendly, which we do not control and cannot guarantee the accessibility of. If it prevents you from booking, contact us and we will arrange a call another way.
Tell us
If any part of this site is difficult to use, tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We will fix it, and we would rather hear it than not.
