SEO Program Results: 90 Days, Measured
Real Google Search Console data from our SEO program, June to October 2026: what we did, what moved, and what we can’t take credit for.
The short version
- +102% search clicks for a social-emotional learning nonprofit, July to September (2,112 to 4,262), with average Google position moving from 11.1 to 8.1, from page two onto page one.
- +74% search clicks on our own sister brand, a bookkeeping and tax firm, with average position improving from 36.0 to 25.7 after 35 articles and 165 internal links.
- +81% search clicks across the five sites in the program with full history (2,893 to 5,223), July to September.
- 105 articles published, 685 site issues found by our technical audits, and 9 sites measured daily in Search Console.
How we work
Every decision starts with data. We audit the site and pull keyword, ranking and competitor data. For each search people make, we decide on one move: a new page, a refresh of what already ranks, a merge of duplicates, a fix, or nothing at all. Then we ship the work and measure it daily in Google Search Console, checking every article again at 28 and 90 days.
The interactive version shows the day-by-day curves, what we did on each site, what the audit flagged, and the fine print on every result: seasonality, which sites are our own brands, and what we can’t claim.
